Awards
The ISB awards were introduced highlight the
creativity and drive for innovation that exists in the public sector,
and the four winners focused a spotlight on the cutting edge of
public service delivery. The awards were presented by the Rt Hon
Andrew Smith MP, Chief Secretary to the Treasury, at 'Joining Forces',
the 2nd Invest to Save Budget Conference held at the Queen Elizabeth
Conference Centre on 10 October 2001.
